DABL CRM TERMS OF USE (TRIAL)
Welcome to DABL – Digital Architecture Build Living.
By registering for DABL CRM, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Use.
1. Platform Access
After successful registration, you will receive free Trial access to DABL CRM for up to 30 calendar days.
During the Trial period, DABL may modify platform features, restrict or terminate access, or offer you a separate Partner or License Agreement.
The Trial does not create any obligation for DABL to enter into a future commercial relationship.
2. Intellectual Property
All rights relating to DABL CRM, the DABL Configurator, software, algorithms, databases, drawings, documentation, designs, marketing materials, and the DABL and SCANDI trademarks remain the exclusive property of DABL or the respective rights holders.
Registration does not grant you any ownership or intellectual property rights.
3. Prohibited Use
Without prior written permission from DABL, you may not:
copy or modify the Platform;
develop competing products or services;
analyze or reproduce source code, algorithms, or business processes;
use automated data collection tools (including scraping or bots);
use Platform data or content to train AI systems;
share your account or grant access to third parties;
use DABL or SCANDI trademarks without authorization.
4. Confidentiality & Privacy
Any non-public information available through the Platform is confidential and must not be disclosed to third parties.
Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and the DABL Privacy Policy.
5. Disclaimer of Liability
The Trial is provided "AS IS", without warranties of any kind.
DABL does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Platform or any specific business or commercial results.
6. General Provisions
DABL may update these Terms at any time and may suspend or terminate access to the Platform in the event of a violation of these Terms.
After the Trial period, continued use of the Platform may require entering into a separate Partner or License Agreement.
By registering for DABL CRM, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms of Use, the DABL Privacy Policy, and the Intellectual Property Protection Rules.
